Kingjoy UK warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. If a product proves to be defective during the warranty period, Kingjoy UK will repair or replace the product at no charge.

Ball Heads and Accessories - 1 Year Limited Warranty

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse. It also does not cover damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Purchased from other suppliers

If you purchased your Kingjoy product from a supplier other than Kingjoy UK, you will need to contact that supplier for warranty and support. Kingjoy UK can only offer assistance on products purchased via its own website.
