Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order for a full refund if it has not been processed by our warehouse. After it is processed, we have no ability to cancel or change the order for a customer, we do have a 14 day returns policy to cover you after this.
14 Days Change of Mind Return and Refund
If you have changed your mind about a purchase, you may return your order for a full refund at your cost within 14 days of receipt of your parcel given the below conditions are met:
- The product is purchased from our website.
- The product is new and undamaged as received.
- All original product packaging, accessories, manuals must be returned to us intact;
Note 1: The 14-day period starts from the date of delivery onwards as shown on the tracking page and the period is counted on the basis of calendar days.
Note 2: There will be a 20% restocking fee for requests made after the 14 days period and Kingjoy UK will have the final decision whether your returns will be accepted.
Note 3: Refund request due to price drop may not be accommodated after an order is processed. No refund of a price drop will be issued after the order is dispatched. We will have the final decision as to what amount of refund, if any, will be given.
Note 4: You must return the order to the return address provided along with our return authorisation. Otherwise, you may not receive any refund.
Please contact us for a return authorisation and the postage address before sending your parcel. We strongly suggest sending the item with a trusted courier or shipping agent as we will not be covering any damages or loss during transit. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to offer a partial refund for items returned in less-than-satisfactory conditions mentioned above.
7 Days Dead on Arrival Return or Replace and Warranty
If you find, within 7 days of receipt, that your received product is faulty, or what we call a dead-on-arrival (DOA) item which does not function as it should due to manufacturing defects, customers are entitled to a full refund of the value of the faulty item or a replacement of it, apart from a refund on the return postage, given the below conditions are met:
- The product is purchased from our website [WEBSITE];
- The product is new and undamaged as received;
- All original product packaging, accessories, manuals must be returned to us intact;
- The product itself is examined by the manufacturer and it’s confirmed to have a manufacturing defect(s) after its return to us.
Note 1: The 7-day period starts from the date of delivery onwards as shown on the tracking page and the period is counted on the basis of calendar days. If the product is found and reported defective beyond the 14 days period, you will be covered by our 1-year warranty service. Please contact our CS Team at [SUPPORT EMAIL].
Note 2: Damages on packaging or box are not accepted as a case of DOA Returns and these cases are not eligible for an exchange or a full refund.

Warranty
All products are issued with a 5 Year Limited Warranty against manufacturer defections. Our warranty is not transferable to any person other than the one who purchased the item from us.
Kingjoy and Kingjoy UK will look at each warranty claim on an individual basis.
Warranty and product support is only offered on purchases made via official UK sales channels. Products purchased via non official channels such as Ebay or classed as Grey Imports are not covered by Kingjoy UK. We highly recommend that you only buy from trusted sources so that you are not disappointed in the after sales care you are provided.
Payment
We accept most major credit and debit cards bearing the Visa or MasterCard branding and use ‘verified by Visa’ and other such additional security schemes. By-passing these checks may result in a delay processing your order or possible rejection of the payment. All payment cards used must be in the person’s name that is on the billing address of the order.
Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. (In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998)
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, we will delete or correct it promptly. At Kingjoy UK we will NOT pass your details on to a third party. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
If you have any questions or comments about privacy, please contact us stating the nature of your question or comment and being sure to include a reply address. The type of information we will collect about you includes: Your name, address, phone number and email address plus your credit/debit card details. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent
Security
We use a comprehensive selection of the latest security measures to make sure your credit cards details are kept secure when ordering over the Internet. We also use a system of checks to verify where possible that all transactions are not fraudulent. If a suspicion of payment card misuse is raised, Kase Filters UK reserve the right to cancel and refund transactions and/or report to the relevant authorities.

We can accept no responsibility for information or opinions from third parties, contained within this site, or for the content of links from this site. Product photographs are for illustration only and products may differ from those shown. Specifications and product descriptions are for guidance only, cannot be guaranteed accurate. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale, at any point prior to dispatch, for whatever reason and refund the amount paid in full. You will be promptly informed if such a situation arises.
